First of all, we will arrange it rightly

x^2 +2x +1

We will split 2x, so that sum of splitted terms would be 2.

x^2 + 1x + 1x + 1

We'll take common now.

x(x + 1) 1(x + 1)

So, two zeroes will be

x+1 and x+1
