MULTIPLY BY 16 IN POLYNOMIAL TO REMOVE FRACTION..,

16x^2-32x+7

by splitting the middle term

16x^2-28x-4x+7

4x(4x+7)+1(4x+7)

(4x+1)(4x+7)
