saurabhsemalti: the thing u have done is only for rhs=0...bcox at that time we say if any one factor has its value =0 ,,the whole product will be zero,,,, but here we can't say if one factor is 81 then other will be 1 for same value of X,, in order to get product as 81

(x-2)^2-(9)^2=(x-2-9)(x-2+9)
