if x-1=0

x=+1

x^2+x-2

f(x)= x^2+x-2

f(1)= 1^2+1-2

f(1)=2-2

f(1)=0

so one factor is (x-1)=0

X=1

Another one is

if x+2=0

x=-2

f(x)=x^2+x-2

f(-2)=-2^2+(-2)-2

f(-2)=0

Now

factor are x=1

x=-2

Hope it helps u^_^

Answer

Step-by-step explanation:

Factorisation is in attachment.....

And zeroes are

X-1=0

So x = +1

Now x+2=0

So x =-2

Hence, two zeroes pf the polynomial x²+x-2 are +1 and -2
