Answer:

x²(y + z) + y²(z + x) + z²(x + y) + 2xyz

= x(xy + xz + z² + yz) + y(yz + xy + z² + xz)

= (x + y)(xy + xz + z² + yz)

= (x + y)(x(y + z) + z(z + y))

= (x + y)(y + z)(z + x)

xy - {z}^{2} (x - 1)

Step-by-step explanation:

 {x}^{2} y - x {z}^{2} - xy + {z}^{2} \\ = {x}^{2} y - xy - x {z}^{2} + {z}^{2} \\ = xy(x - 1) - {z}^{2} (x - 1) \\ = (xy - {z}^{2} )(x - 1)
