Do reminder theorem anyway they did say to do by long division so u can decide to take reminder theorem.

x³–3x²–10x+24 By x+3
Ans: x+3=0
x=0–3=–3
In order x we got as –3
So we can take it like this,

= (–3)³–3(–3)²–10(–3)+24
= (–3 x –3 x –3)–3(–3 x –3)–10(–3)+24
= –27–27+30+24
= 0
