x^3-7x+12
=>x^3-(4+3)x+12 (by middle-term break)
=>x^3-4x-3x+12
=>x(x-4)-3(x-4)
=>(x-3) (x-4)

hope this will help you.

 \huge {x}^{3}  - 7x + 12

\large⟶ {x}^{3}  - 4x - 3x + 12

\large⟶x(x - 4) - 3(x - 4)

{\underline{\large{\tt{\fbox{\green{(x - 3)(x - 4)}}}}}}

I hope it will help you ✌.
