Hii its tom85

(x^2 + 1/ x^2)^2 - (sqrt2 )^2

x^2 + 1/x^2 - sqrt2 )((x^2 + 1/ x^2 + sqrt 2)

using

(x^2 + 1/ x^2)^2 = x^4 + 1/ x^4 + 2

x^4 + 1/ x^4 = (x^2 + 1/ x^2)^2 - 2

___________/\_______☹️

hope it may helps you
