Hey friends here is your answer :-

x^6 -64y^6

=> (x^3)^2 - (8y^3)^2. we know that [a^2 -b^2= (a+b)(a-b)]

Now apply this in the polynomial.

=> [x^3 +(8y)^3][x^3 -(8y)^3]

Therefore it is factorised.
