=(-1)^3–6*(-1)^2+3*(-1)+10=0

Therefore (x+1) is one of the factors.

(x^3–6x^2+3x+10)/(x+1)=x^2–7x+10

Now by middle term splitting

x^2–7x+10

=x^2–2x-5x+10=0

=x(x-2)-5(x-2)=0

=(x-5)(x-2)=0

=Therefore we know have all the factors: =(x+1)(x-5)(x-2)

x=-1 ,5 and 2
