Here's your answer...

Let x^2-3x = y
Then the polynomial becomes... y(y + 1) - 20 \\  =  {y}^{2}  + y - 20 \\  = (y + 5)(y - 4)
Now we substitute y's value in the polynomial.
( {x}^{2}  - 3x + 5)( {x}^{2}  - 3x - 4) \\  = ( {x}^{2}  - 3x + 5)(x + 1)(x - 4)
The first factor cannot be factorised into rational numbers, so I'm leaving it as it is.
