( {x}^{2}  - 4x)( {x}^{2}  - 4x - 1) \\  =  {x}^{4}  - 4 {x}^{3}  -  {x}^{2}  - 4 {x}^{3}  + 16 {x}^{2}  + 4 x\\  =  {x}^{4}  - 8 {x}^{3}  + 15 {x}^{2}  + 4x
