 {x}^{3} - 2 {x}^{2} - x + 2 \\ = {x}^{2} (x - 2) - (x - 2) \\ = ( {x}^{2} - 1)(x - 2)

By Using algebraic Identity split (x^2 -1) into (x+1)(x-1)

Therefore it'll be factorises as:

(x + 1)(x - 1)(x - 2)
