 \sf  = {y}^{3}  -  { y }^{2} -  22 {y}^{2}   + 22y+ 120y - 120

 \sf =  {y}^{2} (y - 1) - 22y(y - 1) + 120(y - 1)

 \sf = (y - 1) ({y}^{2}  - 22y + 120)

 \sf = (y - 1) ({y}^{2}  - 12y - 10y + 120)

 \sf = (y - 1) (y(y - 12)- 10(y  - 12))

 \sf = (y - 1)(y - 10)(y - 12)

Hence, the factorised form is (y-1)(y-10)(y-12)
