= (32 (x + y)^2 - 2x) - 2y

= 32x^2 + 64xy - 2x + 32y^2 - 2y

= (16x^2 + 32xy - x + 16y^2 - y)

= (16x^2 + 32xy - x + 16y^2 - y)
