We can write -60m^2+15n^2 as

15n^2 - 60n^2

=(√15 n)^2 - (2√15m)^2

Using identity :- a^2 - b^2 = (a+b) (a-b)

=( √15 n +2√15m) (√15 n - 2√15m)
