ANSWER:

10 {x}^{2} y + 15x {y}^{2}  - 25 {x}^{2}  {y}^{2}  \\  =  > (2 \times 5 \times x \times x \times y)( + 3 \times 5 \times x \times y \times y)( - 1 \times 5 \times 5 \times x \times x \times y \times y)

Taking out the Common Factors, we get -

5xy(2 \times  x )( + 3  \times y)( - 1 \times 5 \times  x \times y )\\  =  5xy(2x + 3y - 5xy)

Therefore, the Answer is = 5xy (2x + 3y - 5xy)
