=24x^2-9x-32x+12
=(24x^2-9x)-(32x-12)
=3x(8x-3)-4(8x-3)
=(8x-3) (3x-4)
This is the answer.

Hope this helps you.

 {24}^{2}  - 41x + 12 = 0 \\ {24}^{2}  - 32x - 9x + 12  = 0\\ 8 |3x - 4|  - 3 |3x - 4|  = 0 \\  |8x - 4|  |3x - 4|  = 0 \\ thus \:  \\  x =  \frac{3}{4} andx =  \frac{4}{3}
