factorize 3-12(a-b)^2

3-12(a-b)^2=3{1-4(a^2-2ab+b^2)}=3[1^2-{2(a-b)}^2]=3{(1-2a+2b)(1+2a-2b)}

3 - 12(a -  {b)}^{2}  \\  \\  =  > 3(1 - 4(a - b) {}^{2} ) \\  \\  =  > 3(1 - 2 {}^{2} (a - b) {}^{2} ) \\  \\  =  > 3(1 - 2(a - b)) \: (1 - 2(a - b)) \\  \\  =  > 3(1 - 2a + 2b) \: (1 + 2a - 2b)
