3 \sqrt{2} \: {x}^{2} + 14x + 4 \sqrt{2} \\ \\ 3 \sqrt{2} \: {x}^{2} + 12x + 2x + 4 \sqrt{2} \\ \\ 3 \sqrt{2} x(x + 2 \sqrt{2} ) + 2(x + 2 \sqrt{2} ) \\ \\ (3 \sqrt{2} x + 2)(x + 2 \sqrt{2} )

hope it helps
