sorry but I think that it is (-30) not (+30)

see if you've taken -30 instead of + 30 then the quadratic equation [35x*2 + 33 X + 30] after dividing the polynomial by (x-1) is not factorisable

so the one root is (+ 1) and the other two roots are imaginary .......
