Given

4x^2 - 9y^2

Using Identify

( a - b ) ( a + b )

According to the Question

 = {4x}^{2} - {9y}^{2} \\ \\ = ( {2}^{2} \times {x}^{2} ) - ( {3}^{2} \times {y}^{2} )\\ \\ = ( {2y})^{2} - ( {3y})^{2} \\ \\ = (2y - 3y)(2y + 3y)

Hence this solved.
