7x - 6 - 2x {}^{2}  \\  =  - (2x {}^{2}  - 7x + 6 ) \\  =  - (2x {}^{2}  - 3x - 4x + 6) \\  =  - (x(2x - 3) - 2(2x - 3)) \\  =  - (2x - 3)(x - 2) \\  = (2x - 3)(2 - x)
