We can tell a⁴+a²+1 is the result of a² subtracted from (a²+1)².

So,

a⁴+a²+1 = (a²+1)² - a²

By identity,

a⁴+a²+1 = (a²+a+1)(a²-a+1)

(A2)2+2a2+1-a2

=(a2+1)2-a2

=(a2+1-a)(a2+1+a)

=(a2-a+1)(a2+a+1).

It's helps u dear

Nice day...
