Hello Mate

In this Question it is 36 - 36b + 9b2

arrange it : 9b2 - 36b +36

now P= 324

and S= -36

the Eq.

9b2 - 18b - 18b +36

9b(b - 2)  -18(b -2)

the roots are (b-2) and (9b -18)

b= 2 and b = 18/9 = 2

they are equal roots

Rearrange the equation:

9(b^2 -4b +4)

Factorize the the equation:

9(b^2 -2b-2b+4)\\ 9(b-2)^2\\ 3^2(b-2)^2\\ (3(b-2))^2

Factor is 2. Real and equal roots.
