 {x}^{2}  - 22x + 120
factors of 1× 120 are:

60×2 , 3×40, 4×30, 5×24, 6×20, 8×15, 10×12
so now,

 {x}^{2}  - 10x - 12x   + 120
( {x}^{2}  - 10x) - (12x + 120)
x(x - 10) - 12(x - 10)
(x  - 12)( x- 10)
