Answer:

a {x}^{2}   + \: b {x}^{2}  + a {y}^{2}  + b {y}^{2}

 {x}^{2} \:  ({a + b}) \:  +  \:  {y}^2 ({2} {a + b})

( {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} ) \: (a + b)

Given:

 {ax}^{2}  +  {by}^{2}  +  {bx}^{2}  +  {ay}^{2}

Now,

 = (a + b) {x}^{2}  + (a + b) {y}^{2}

 = (a + b)( {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} )

∴factors \: are \: (a + b) \: and \: ( {x}^{2}  +  {y)}^{2}
