Factorize: i. 3(x+2)2 – 5(x+2)+ 2 ii. x 6 + y6 iii. 3√3x 3 – 5√5y 3

Answer:

i. {3(x + 2)}^{2}  - 5(x + 2) + 2

   |(x + 2) = a|

 = 3 {a}^{2}  - 5a + 2

=3{a}^{2}    -  3a  - 2 a + 2

=3a(a - 1) -2(a - 1)

=(3a - 2)(a - 1)

=(3x+6-2)(x+2-1)

=(3x+4)(x+1)

ii. {x}^{6}  +  {y}^{6}

 ({x}^{2} ) {}^{3}  +(  {y}^{2})  {}^{3}

( {x}^{2}  +  {y}^{2} )( {x}^{2}  + xy +  {y}^{2} )
