9(2a- b)^ 2 - 4(2a- b) -13

18a - 9b^2 - 8a - 4b - 13

- 9b^2 + 10a - 13

Answer:

I) 6ab-b^2+12ac-2bc

=b(6a-b)+2c(6a-b)

=(6a-b) (b+2c)

ii) 9(2a-b)^2-4(2a-b)-13

=9(2a-b)^2-13(2a-b)+9(2a-b)-13

=(2a-b){9(2a-b)-13}+1{9(2a-b)-13}

={9(2a-b)-13} (2a-b+1)

=(18a-9b-13)(2a-b+1)
