 {m}^{2}  - m - 6 \\  =  {m }^{2}  + 2m - 3m - 6 \\  = m(m + 2) - 3(m + 2) \\  = (m + 2)(m - 3)

Hey mate!!

m{}^{2}-m-6

m{}^{2}-(3-2)m-6

m{}^{2}-3m+2m-6

m(m-3)+2(m-3)

(m-3) (m+2)

Zeros=. m+2=0

m-3=0. m=(-2)

m=3
