here m square will remain as it is but we will write their 9mn+2mn because 9+2=11 and 9 multiply by 2 is 18.
m  {}^{2}  + 9mn + 2mn + 18n {}^{2}
now, we will take out the common

m(m + 9n) + 2n(m + 9n)
now your answer will be
(m + 2n) ( m+ 2n)
