i am taking p as x, because its easier to type

 {x}^{2}  - 81 \\  =  {(x)}^{2}  -  {(9)}^{2} \\  = (x - 9)(x + 9)

Formula: (x-a)(x+a)=x^2-a^2

hope it helps you

⟼p {}^{2}  - 81 \\⟼ p {}^{2}  -  {9}^{2}  \\ ⟼(p - 9) \times (p + 9)

\;\large{\boxed{\bf{\red{factors \: are \: \sf\pink{(p - 9) \times (p + 9)}}}}}
