1) \frac{ {x}^{2} }{4}  - 16 {z}^{2}   \\  =    (\frac{x}{2} )^{2}  -(  {4z})^{2}  \\  =  (\frac{x}{2}  + 4z)( \frac{x}{2}  - 4z) \\ 2) \frac{ {x}^{2} }{9}  - 16 \\  = ( \frac{x}{3} ) ^{2}  -  {4}^{2}  \\  = ( \frac{x}{3}  + 4)( \frac{x}{3}  - 4)

 {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}  = (x  + y)(x - y)
