By factor Theorem

P(x) X^3-2x^2-9x+18

x+3=0

x=-3

P(-3)=(-3)^3-2(-3)^2-9(-3)+18

P(-3)=-27-2(9)-9(-3)+18

P(-3)=-27-18+27+18

P(-3)=0

I hope it's help you
