x²+4x +3

= x² +(3+1)x +3 = 0

= x² +3x +x +3 = 0

= x(x+3) +1(x+3) =0

= (x+3)(x+1)

x = -3 OR x = -1

b) -

x² +15x +44

= x² + (11+4)x +44 =0

x²+11x +4x +44 =0

x(x+11) +4(x+11) =0

(x+4)(x+11) =0

x= -4 OR x = -11

e) -

x² +10x +24=0

x² +(6+4)x +24 =0

x² +6x +4x +24 =0

x(x+6) +4(x+6) =0

(x+6)(x+4) =0

x= -6 OR x= -4

f) -

x² -14x+24 =0

x²-(12+2)x +24 =0

x²-12x -2x +24 =0

x(x-12) -2(x-12) =0

3x² +(15+1)x +5 =0

3x² +15x +x +5 =0

3x(x+5) +1(x+5) =0

(3x+1)(x+5) =0

(x = -1/3) OR (x = -5)

12x²+11x +2

12x² +(8+3)x +2 =0

12x² +8x +3x +2 =0

4x(3x +2) +1(3x +2) =0

(4x +1)(3x+2) =0

x = -1/4 OR x = -2/3

2x² -5x -3

2x² -(6-1)x -3 =0

2x² -6x +x -3 =0

2x(x-3) +1(x-3) =0

(2x+1)(x-3) =0

5x² +(15+2)x +6 =0

5x² +15x +2x +6 =0

5x(x+3) +2(x+3)=0

(5x+2)(x+3) =0

x= -2/5 OR x= -3

10x²+19x+6

10x² +(15+4)x +6 =0

10x² +15x +4x +6 =0

5x(2x +3) +2(2x+3) =0

(5x+2)(2x+3) =0

(x = -2/5) OR x= -3/2
