Solution :-

\bf\implies \: {2x}^{2}  + 3x - 8x - 12 - 6

\bf\implies \: {2x}^{2}  - 5x - 18

\bf\implies \: {2x}^{2}  - 9x + 4x - 18

\bf\implies \:x(2x - 9) + 2(2x - 9)

\bf\implies \:(x + 2)(2x - 9)

\bf\implies \:(2x+3)(x-4) -6 = (x + 2)(2x - 9)
