Answer:

 {z}^{2} + 6z - 16 \\ \\ = {z}^{2} + (8 - 2)z - 16 \\ \\ = {z}^{2} + 8z - 2z - 16 \\ \\ = z(z + 8) - 2(z + 8) \\ \\ = (z - 2)(z + 8) \\ \\ either \: z - 2 = 0 \\ \\ = > z = 2 \\ \\ or \: z + 8 = 0 \\ \\ = > z = - 8

hope it helps uH

Answer:

z²+6z-16

1) factorise 6z which is equal to 8z-2z

2) now we have z²+8z -2z -16

3)take common from them z(z+8)-2(z+8)

4) now we have (z+8) (z-2)

5) here's the answer z= -8 ,+2
