The solution is...

6x {}^{2} + 5x - 6

 = > 6 {x}^{2} + (9 - 4)x - 6

 = > 6 {x}^{2} + 9x - 4x - 6

 = > 3x(2x + 3) - 2(2x + 3)

 = > (3x - 2)(2x + 3)

Either,

3x - 2 = 0 \\ i.e. \: \: 3x = 2 \\ i.e. \: \: \: x = \frac{2}{3}
Or,

2x + 3 = 0 \\ i.e. \: \: 2x = - 3 \\ i.e. \: \: x = \frac{ - 3}{2}
Required roots :

 \frac{2}{3} \: \: and \: \:  \frac{ - 3}{2}
