(x+1)*(x+4)*(x+2)(x+3 )-3
=(x^2+5x+4)(x^2+5x+6)-3
let x^2+5x=m
so (m+4)(m+6)-3
=m^2+10m+24-3
=m^2+10m+21
=m^2+7m+3m+21
=m (m+7)+3 (m+7)
=(m+7)(m+3)
=(x^2+5x+7)(x^2+5x+3)
