||✪✪ CORRECT QUESTION ✪✪||

factorize :- x^2+2ax+(a+b)(a-b) = 0

|| ✰✰ ANSWER ✰✰ ||

→ x^2+2ax+(a+b)(a-b) = 0

Using (a+b)(a-b) = - now,

x² + 2ax + (a² - b²) = 0

→ (x² + 2ax + a²) - b² = 0

comparing it with + + 2ab = (a+b)² now, we get,

(x + a)² - b² = 0

again, using a² - b² = (a+b)(a-b) now,

→ (x + a + b) ( x +a - b) = 0

Putting both Equal to Zero now,

→ (x + a + b) = 0

→ x = -(a+b)

Or,

(x + a - b) = 0

→ x = (b - a)

Hence, value of x will be -(a+b) or (b-a).
