Constant term=4
Factors of 4=1,2,so on
By trail method,
p(-1)=-1^3+-1^2+4*-1+4
=-1+1-4+4
=5-5
=0
hence first factor=x+1
thus,p(x)=(x+2)(x^2+4)
=(x+1)(x^2+2^2)
