x^2-3x+2=0

As it is quadratic we want two factors say a and b
conditions are
1) a + b = co efficient of x
2) a*b = product of theco efficient of x^2 and constant

so,
x^2-2x-x+2=0
x(x+2)+1(x+2)
(x+1)(x+2)
