let x4 be x2 and y4 be y2 and new pair of 2

then ,x2-y2-2 now factorise it

x {}^{2}  - y {}^{2}  =  (x + y)( x - y)

so

x {}^{4}  - y {}^{4 }  =( x {}^{2}  + y {}^{2} )(x + y)(x - y)
