why to the power 2 -z to the power 2 can be written as (y+z)(y-z). and we could take 2 x as common between 2 xy+ 2 XZ
now we get
2x(y+z)+(y+z)(y-z).
now we can take Y + Z from this has common
now we would get
(y+z)(2 X + Y - Z)
this further could not be solved hence it is the factorized part which we finally get after solving this
