factorising by middle term
sum=-12(-15+3)
product=-44(-15×3)
z^2-15z+3z-45=0
when we take common factor, we get
z(z-15)+3(z-15)=0
(z-15)(z+3)=0
z-15=0
z=0+15
z=15
OR
z+3=0
z=0-3
z=-3
Therefore the valued of z are 15 and -3
