The antibiotics are being used by people in excess that is why the bacteria has become imuned to it. What i think is that the factors affecting the growth of bacteria are:
1. Insuficent supply of air and water.
2. Presence of Bacteriophage in the diet(These viruses attack the bactria and destroy it).
