Factors that affect the location of industries are as follows:)
(1) availability of raw materials - Industries are set up where there is availability of raw materials.
(2) Cost of production - Industries are set up where the cost of production is low.
(3) Industries are mostly set up near to the market place
(4) Industries are mostly set up in urban areas as the population is high
(5) Land , labour , capital , entrepreneurship , infrastructure are some if the factors affecting industrial location.
