The use of land is determined both by physical factors such as topography, climate ,soil types as well as human factors such as pollution density, culture and traditions etc...
Land is one of the most imp natural resource .Man has been always using land for various purposes such as construction his dwellings carrying out, agriculture activities ,railways lines etc...
the use of land has never been in the same proportional any part of the
country . it is changing from country to country and from region to region.. total area of India is 3.8 million sq km and acc to latest estimate our total cultivable land is about 2,9,3,190 sq km. ........
As we know that the availability of land in our country is fixed asset there is greater pressure on the land for various purposes eg.. cultivation, forest, pasturage, housing etccc
