In today’s world, women are no lesser than man in any aspect. They work, they lead, they succeed and achieving great goals. If they can do these all, why can’t they make a better administration than man.
Women are found to be sincere in their job and studies, they are found to be quick learners, they are found be the biggest hosts of calmness and passions, they are found to manage the job role of house wife in their better own style.
They can manage every bills and expenditures in a house (something men can’t do without hitting the head to the concrete). They are good in decision making at critical situation. They have different way of perspective on an insane situation.
