Correct option is (x−y)(4x+y+2)

The zero of the equation is at x=y.

x−y is a factor.

Given expression is 4x² − y²− 2x − 2y − 3xy.

= 4x² - 3xy - y² - 2x - 2y

= 4x² - 4xy + xy − y² + 2x - 2y

= 4x(x−y)+y(x−y)+2(x−y)

= (x−y)(4x+y+2)
